Auto filter - can amount be 100%?

So I'm working on a DnB tune and trying to do a Moog with a synced wobble filter.
I'm using the Arturia Minimoog. The built in filter doesn't really do sync, so I though I'd try out Ableton's autofilter. It does do sync.
But I'm noticing that even with the 'amount' knob all the way up, the filter doesn't respond. The max number is 30. Does this mean you can only make the LFO go up/down by 30%? I'm wanting to have it go all the way up/down, or at least have that ability until I dial in exactly how much I want. It seems odd that with 'amount' all the way up it wouldn't be controlling 'all' of the 'amount'
