This is a famous synth sound that I hear all the time in House tracks. It must be from some famous synth plugin with a preset.

Do you mean the bassline sound? That sounds to me as a single osc. sinebass patch that could come from any (soft)synth.

Added are some filtering and eq'ing and off you go!
