Hi,
I've a question about a preset of wavetable : crockhausen.
In the matrix, there is the LFO 1 who modulate the pitch and ... his own amount. I don't understand the goal and the effect of this trick.. Do you have an idea ?

It just means that it modulates itself. What's weird with this?

Yes, I understand this, but I don't hear the effect on this preset.

Try increasing the amount until you hear it.

The weird one in that preset is LFO 1 modulating LFO 1 Amount -100, seems that basically makes LFO 1 disable itself.

So here the LFO is useless ?

Not 100% sure. but the result of modulations show as thin moving bars under each Target in the left.

And it shows nothing under Pitch when I play the preset.

So yeah, I think LFO 1 is not doing nothing due to the -100 in its LFO 1 Amount self-modulation. Again, not 100% sure.

That's weird indeed, but the -100% amount seems to 'cancel' the 48 pitch target. If you set them both to 0, it sounds the same.

Ok, thank you for your answers. This is right for the 48 pitch target. It's even stranger. Maybe, the creator has made this preset with another and he forgot to delete these parameters.
