Insert effect to whole scene

I would really love if Ableton would make possible to insert effects on whole scenes. I've been requesting this for years. It's been upvoted many times. I've never seen a definitive answer from Ableton why this has not been implemented. I'm not sure if it's a CPU issue or something of that nature but considering it possible to insert effects on the whole master track, it seems like this would not be an issue. Please Ableton, consider this in a future update. I would sincerely appreciate it! Thanks!
