I have completed a quadraphonic set of compositions
mixed to 4 discret channels in Ableton Live (latest version 11.2 Suite and windows 10)

How do I burn this to a DVD surround sound recording?

I'm intending to use 4 of 5.1

Live doesn't have CD or DVD burning, and it doesn't export the final formats needed for burning CD/DVD.

(Obs: Pro Tools, Logic and Cubase don't either.)

I would simply export stems for either the mastering engineer or for a specialized DVD authoring software.

Honestly, I would hope there is some service for that similar for services people use for printing CD, tape and vinyl, seems a pain to do on your own.
