Installed packs not showing in browser

Old packs are displayed under Packs in the browser. But if I update a pack, it disappears from the list. The individual devices can be found by searching All Results, but they are not displayed under Packs. I tried the "fix" in the Knowledge Base for Packs not displaying in browser, but it doesn't fix the problem.
Any Ideas?

I should have stated that this problem is with version 11 (now 11.2). The updated packs and new packs are displayed in Live 10.

I found a workaround. Go to "Add Folder" under "Places" and add the folder that contains the Packs. All the Packs do show up in this folder and the content can be accessed. The only downside is it does not list the Packs available or the Packs with updates.

On the advice of Tim at Ableton, I tried resetting Live's configuration database. This seems to have resolved the problem. The method for doing this is in the Live Knowledge Base under "Resetting Live's Database."
