Hi, wondered if anyone had this issue or could please help

When I’m using the melodic sequencer I don’t have the top row of buttons to move through parts of the sequence. I have another row of blue buttons so I have row of blue along the bottom then my 6 notes then another row of blue buttons. They should be clear and green as the pattern moves through bars.

Anyone help?

I just got a used Push 1 for cheap and would also like to know if there's an answer to this.
