How to freeze Group, when grouptracks have Sends

Hi,
please have a look at the drawing.
I have a HW FX on the group and want to use it somewhere else.
The tracks IN the group go to one or more SENDs.
How do I freeze the group so that the individual tracks have their individual send FX, without the SEND signal being affected by the GROUP Insert FX?
I tried:
1. record entire group to new track. Good: frees up insert fx. Bad: can no longer address individual sends
2. record each group track separately with Send FX included. Bad: the FX part is now going thru the insert FX (which I don't want)
Anybody got an idea?
