A way to copy takes selection to another track

With two mikes I recorded several takes of vocals on two tracks at once. Let's called them A and B.
Then I made the comping on track A.
Now, is there a way to copy the takes selection from track A to track B without having to do it manually?
I mean the sequence of takes in the main lane, something like: take 3 | take 5 | take 4 |... but referred to track B lanes.
