Auto Warp Markers Don't Appear

Hello,
I've recently done a drum recording with some friends and just got sent the stems from that. When I put all the files into Ableton, I noticed that for one file (they're all over 4 minutes by the way) the auto transient/warp markers didn't appear, which means that I can't just easily quantize it. Now before I go through the whole clip myself to add warp markers manually, anyone got any ideas what's up?
It's nothing to do with the warp settings or the length of the clip btw since all the other clips were warping just fine and i was able to quantize them easily.
