Note to Live cloud not syncing properly

Hi, recently bought Note, love it so far.

I am having an issue with cloud arm. I logged in to cloud via Live 11 Lite fine, have set up Note Cloud in settings ok, the Set I created has synced to Live, but only the folder appears once I open Live and click cloud folder. Any idea as to why when I select cloud folder in Live only a folder (of same name as Note Set) appears, with a expand black triangle next to folder name, but nothing appears when I try expanding folder.

I know there's a few issues sometimes in this area so it could be a bug.
Best would be to contact Support.

Though I don't think as a Live Lite user only that I can access support. I purchase the Note App, not ready for the big smoke just yet :)

Can anyone offer any other suggestions re the Note Ableton Cloud sync issues?

Note is listed as a separate product in that contact form, you can use that option.

Thanks for feedback. The contact form only exists via the Sales link. Not Knowledge Base link, unless I missed something. Let's see how that goes.

If you click the link from my 1st post, it should direct you to your ableton.com account's support request form.

Unless I just cant see it, only the Sales Support option allows sending a contact form request. Knowledge base seems to only give access to FAQs, which dont address my issue.

Oh, I think you don't get access to technical support because you're using Live Lite.
You can submit a bug report from Note, though.
