Ableton won't allow to save

Hi everyone,
I just made the best track ever and Ableton doesn't allow me to save. When I click on "save" or "save as" only the Mac buffer symbol appears.
Specs:
Mac Monterey 12.6
Ableton 11.2.5
I have noticed it's downloading 11.2.6 - so this might be related? Ableton has stored a temporary file in the projects folder about an hour ago when I started the track.
