Ableton Forum

This is a problem consistent across all IK Multimedia plugins. I've uninstalled, reinstalled, and tried in standalone mode (it works fine).

The GUI is rendering across only part of the bounding box, but the mouse is tracking the full dimensions; the black part along the top and right of the GUI.

When trying to click on a control the click event isn't hitting the control, but somewhere off to the side, if I track up and right I can sometimes hit the right place, but this is not a sustainable way to work.

Does anyone have any suggestions, this is quite bizarre.

Have you tried contacting IK?

Yes, I have not received a response yet, but being that the standalone applications are working correctly I would expect they’ll ask if I’ve contacted Ableton. I’m trying to head that off at the pass, so to speak.

Probably best to fill out a support request then, Ableton does not do support via the forums:

Ableton won’t support my version, this forum is the only option I have.

Updating for any poor souls googling this in the late of night.

I had a custom scaling factor applied to my displays in `Settings > System > Displays > Custom Scaling`. I removed that and all is working as expected.
