AKAI APC 40 mkii - clashing with Push 2?

Hello,
Can anybody please help me to figure out how I can use the bank select with my Akai APC 40 mkii and my Push 2?
I want to be able to move around the mixer window and control the faders (essentially set levels with the Akai).
Any ideas would be amazing as this feature isn't working on Ableton 11 for me now :/
