Cannot Place or See Warp Markers Ableton 10

Hi,
I have dropped a sample into an audio track. I cannot place yellow warp markers as demonstrated or even see any warp markers on audio samples (see attached image). As you can see the sample has been auto warped upon dropping it in.
I am told that it's just a matter of double clicking in the bar upper section of the sample - I cannot do that. Additionally I cannot click any transients. Please help.
