Marker and Locator

It would be helpful to add these things:
1. markers on the arrangement view which are stored in the mp3/wav track
2. CSV exportable markers compatible with inserting into Audition or other software
3. Exportable locators (like point 2)
4. in warp mode view, possibility to mark with markers directly on the track (to be able to memorize info directly on the track)
5. being able to memorize several easily recallable loop points in warp mode (now only one can be set)
