Sequencers (Max for Live) keep turning off?

Hi, I am using Ableton 11, and I use quite a lot of Max for live sequencers (MDD Snake, ML-185, Sting, etc.). Lately, sequencers have randomly been turning off during my sessions, and the only way to reboot them is by triggering the loop that I'm working in again. It's super disruptive and really hard to get into the groove of finding a sequence that works when I'm constantly having to do this every 20 seconds or so. Has anyone had a similar issue? Is this a bug? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

No experience of that, sounds like something is interuptting your transport.

I've diagnosed that this only happens when I am looping a section in the arrangement view

I’ve had that happen before with a few different sequencers. I either keep those tracks in session view or record the midi to another track and use it for playback.

its fixed in max 8.5.2

I updated max and this did not solve it
