Ableton Live is behaving perfectly with saving backups of my sets. Creates them, deletes the old ones, etc...
My Ableton Live Set is on my local drive. That folder is sync'd to OneDrive. Again, all works perfectly with performance.

Ableton Live keeps the last 10 backups of my sets in the Backup folder under the set folder. (very normal)
What I have noticed is that the back files that are deleted (ones over 10 backups), end up in the root of my OneDrive.

Please advise.

This is a question for OneDrive and not live. When a synced file is deleted from your computer the remote copy should also be deleted and end up in your recycle bin. Do you see any of them in there?

Interesting, OneDrive doesn’t do this for any other apps. Only Ableton Live.

Nope. I still have to manually clean these up.
