Missing M4L Core Library devices

I just find out that M4L devices that should be in the core library aren't there.
For example:
Core Library > Devices > Audio Effects > Max Audio Effect > *empty*
I'm looking for the LFO (gray/yellow) which I don't have.
I do have only the old one (blue) that was coming with "Max for Live Essentials" pack
Any idea on how to reinstall/restore M4L core devices (Live 11 Suite)?

If you just installed L11, give it a moment to complete the library scan.

It's weeks I installed it and just found out.
any way to restore/reinstall M4L Core Devices?

update: just installed "Live 11 Suite (Upgrade)" "Version 11.2.7, 3.1 GB" in my other laptop and the M4L Core Library devices are still missing.
It is a bug of the installer?

Core Library > Devices > Audio Effects > Max Audio Effect
Core Library > Devices > Instruments > Max Instrument
Core Library > Devices > MIDI Effects > Max MIDI Effect
these are device templates.
if you're looking for built-in max for live devices - check browser sidebar -> categories section

Solved by installing Live 10.1.43 on a different laptop > authenticating v10 > saving the M4L core library presets in the User Library > copying them to my actual Live 11 User Library
Now I finally have:
Audio Effects > Envelope Follower
Audio Effects > LFO
Audio Effects > Shaper
MIDI Effects > Envelope
MIDI Effects > Expression Control
MIDI Effects > MIDI Monitor
MIDI Effects > Note Echo

Wait!
The devices you're talking about (LFO and so on) are found directly in the main audio/midi effects Categories since L11.
