Hi there,

For couple of weeks now I've had this frustration with the auto-updater not updating to the latest version of 11.2.7 (Suite).
I've tried to 'Ask me for updates' which seems to download as it greatly slows my PC in the background but every time I restart Live I get no luck.

What's the best way to deal with this? I really don't want to re-download the entire installer again from my licenses to resync all my libraries, shortcuts, plugins etc.

Might be a rookie mistake but any help would be greatly appreciated!

I think that if you download the installer and install the new version, you'll not loose anything (libraries, shortcuts, plugins, etc.)
I'm almost always doing like that and never allow the auto-update thing... I never had any issues with previous settings from one version of Live to another...

As said by others, just download the full installer from your account.
Would be great if you could report your issue to Support though.
