Snapping slices to grid while performing

Hello,
is it possible to pre-trigger slices in slice mode?
Say, I have a break beat chopped up in 1/4th division in slice mode. Can I "force" Ableton to only actually play/snap the samples in that 1/4th grid? Say, I trigger two slices with my midi keyboard in an 1/8th rythm, but Ableton plays it back in 1/4th division, so that everything's perfectly on grid with the breakbeat. That'd be awesome.
When I play 'off the grid', unquantized, it's super hard to trigger the samples in the exactly right moment, so that they seamlessly go into each other. However, with the above method, it'd be a nice solution for live performances.
