Hi,
I have clips that starts 0.03 seconds late.
It throws the exact rhythm off.
How can I delete such a small difference?

Zoom on the clip, deactivate the grid, crop it/move the start marker. There's a time ruler that should appear in the bottom status bar when doing a selection that should help you.
You could also the Aligne Delay device if you have L11 Suite. Or the use the track delay compensation.
Or align visually with something else.
