Browser highlighted item coordinate?

Hello,
Is there a way to obtain a coordinate (in pixels) of the highlighted item from the browser section (or any part of Live honestly) in real-time?
I'm trying to build a live performance setup with BOME Midi Translator and having that value could make my workflow so much easier and faster.
