Selecting presets in Ableton synths is why I don't use them (drag & drop is super inconvenient). Any other way?

I guess the ableton synths and effects are actually quite good but the presets organisation is sooo bad that I never use them. Dragging and dropping presets into the plugin and waiting until it loads is very inconvenient and destroys my creative workflow. Why not have a proper preset dropdown and a step through arrow as most other plugins? Or am I missing something?
Thanks!

I think it was implemented some time ago, go to presest in browser (the recycle button) and use cursor keys as the phrase plays. escape to revert and enter to confirm change.

What Basicinstinct said.
You could also press "Q" when your instrument is selected in the track's devices chain to enter "hotswap" mode. It'll bring you to the Browser and the instrument's presets. Use the up/down arrow keys to navigate the presets (you'll hear a preview if you have the option turned on), press enter if you want to load a preset. As long as you are still in hotswap mode (i.e you didn't turn it off by pressing "Q" a second time), you can keep on using the arrows to preview and navigate the presets and press enter to load them.
