Return track effetcs don't work

Hello, I have automated delay and reverb from arrangement tracks and send them to the respective A and B return and it all works.
I am doing the same process in a further part of the arrangement but in this case I don't hear any effects in fact there is no signal in the return tracks.
I have tried to send the effects to a new return track but it doesn't work either.
