Routing question

I have a question for you experts - One of the things I like to do is slice a sample in simpler and then use Rozzer to sequence the different slices. I like to use the randomise feature and do this for improvising live/remixing my loops. I'd like to do this for multiple different samples during the course of a set but ideally keep it to one channel using 1 instance of Rozzer. So ideally my workflow would be to select the loop I'd like to sequence and then hit random on Rozzer and away I go. I don't want to be clicking and dragging with the mouse to load a different sample, I want to use my controller only. Any suggestions? (hopefully I've been clear in my explanation...)
