How to use Max 64 bit

I am pretty new to Ableton Live 11

however I am using Live Suite (valid license)

I have three different questions as follows

1.
I want to use MAX for live 64bit (not 32bit)

May I ask:
How to do that?

2.
Also, in https://cycling74.com/resources
they offer MAX/MSP

Can I user their MAX/MSP 8 with my valid license to Live Suite 11?

3.
I am looking for a good book or website about MAX/MSP
Could you please introduce some good books or websites to me?

You can run Max by launching it from a M4L device.
You can also install Max standalone and use it without restriction during the (30 days I think) demo period.
If your goal is to program M4L device, then you won't need to buy the full Max standalone.
