I am running Ableton Live 11 Intro (11.2.10) and have just downloaded Ableton Note.

I have saved something to the Ableton Cloud and signed in on both devices (phone & laptop)

Ableton Live Intro is not showing anything in the cloud and I have followed all of the FAQs / guides / instructions. Note says I have uploaded to the cloud, but the cloud section in Live is empty. I even sent the work on Note via airdrop to Live and a file "Set 1.ablbundle" was created and every time I drag it into Live or open with Live, it just crashes?

Please can anyone help?

Can you try creating another Set in Note and see if that one works ok in Live?

Yes just done that and it isn't showing either?

What's your computer OS?
Could it be related to some kind of network security setting at the OS level, or because of any 3rd party software?
