Device modulation enhancements

I'd like to suggest a couple of enhancements for working with device modulation (not clip modulation)
For one, I would like parameters to remain controllable after being mapped to a device modulator. VST synths like Phase Plant, MassiveX and Pigments retain full control on their parameters after being assigned a modulation source, so it's very strange that a parameter should remain locked in Ableton just because a modulation device has been assigned to it.
The other one would be the ability to record device modulation on the arrangement view. At this stage, only clip modulation can be captured into the arrangement view, and it would be massively helpful being able to do the same with modulation generated by Ableton and Max for Live devices.
