Will there be any delay issues with the following routing:

Yes.

Solution : right click both sends on the PREMASTER channel and deactivate them.
That will resolve the delay compensation issues

Reason; premaster could send to itself (via the return) so live will fumble the delay calc unless you deactivate the send on the premaster channel. Theres a section in the manual about it. I forget where
