Decided to give Live a go and downloaded Live 11 Lite via a link from inMusic, where my Akai MPK 249 is registered (recommended software attached to my hardware registration). This site provided an Ableton authorisation key for Live 11 Lite. I downloaded and installed Live 11 Lite. However, I ended up with Live 10 Lite, even though the install files are named Live 11. Also, I was never asked for the authorisation key to register.

Sounds like you need to reach out to inReach and ask them to send you a link to the correct installer.

Yes it's odd. It installed Live 10.0.6 and the install folder created after download is named ableton_live_lite_11.2.11_64 which contains the install file named Ableton Live 11 Lite Installer.

I uninstalled then reinstalled, now I have Live 11 Lite and Live 10 Lite on my PC. How do I remove Live 10 Lite? I though I did this when I uninstalled but it's still there and functions.
