Project Name disappears after crash

This has happened several time now.
Live 10 - w-10
Live will crash, I will restart, recover work and low and behold- the project is now untitled, I go to back ups and the project is there but older versions! But untitled is the saved project. In other words, Live deleted the title and present project all together, So I save the project again and rename it to the project title that was deleted. It also had some audio clips missing. Not sure what in the heck is going on?
