Microtuner on Analog

Hello, I've tried using Microtuner on Analog and it doesn't work, any setting in the first seems to affect the latter. Why? Is it because of MPE?
You can turn off MPE in Microtuner to use with non-MPE stuff, but global pitchbend is only going to work monophonically.
Polyphonic tuning with Microtuner and 3rd party tools like MTS-ESP requires MPE instruments.
Analog is not MPE in 11.2 and earlier.
