Live 11 doesn't see my external drive

Hi problem here. Live 11 doesn't see my externa drive anymore. can't load any of my samples, Kontakt not seeing libraries. Someone told me somehtong about renaming my external drive, but if anyone could tell me exactly, precisely what I have to do to fix this situation, that would be great.
I'm on Windows 10.
Also not seeing anything in User Libraries under Places. Don't know how everything got so screwed up.
