I'm looking for a pc program that tells me the max db of an exported song, this being for sending it out for mastering.
Anyone know of one?

Just play back the file (unwarped) in Live and watch the master level meter?

I use Triumph for this when I'm checking the level of a lot of files at once, but it's likely overkill for your needs (and also not for PC).
