Making a simpler controller

Hello, I've been really interested in hardware but I like Ableton's built in sampler instead of the Akai ones. I had an idea to build a rack mounted simpler controller in the same form factor as the Akai s3000 but I don't know how I would go about getting the sampler window to appear on the screen of the controller like an Ableton Push. Can anyone help me out?

Have been doing this a long
Make the decision and save a lot of time...
Do you
A. want to make music
B. Be a hardware designer

Trust me, you can do anything but only do one thing....really well

Buy a push or use a controller on a second small touch screen with a generic controller and be done with it.

If you knew what you were asking...you wouldn’t ask it

Make music!

Sorry.

But I was feeling a bit of face-palm over that response.

And I don't agree. I'm not sure why something so innocuous has garnished such a response.

Oh, and if you don't want gif's, maybe make it not so obvious to do so ;)

And by the way I program python script for oem chinese mfg for Live hardware...and still ask myself why I invested so much of my life doing what I thought was fun and lost years not doing music...it was hard to NOT write a serious response
