German HQ seems be behind a lot on shipping. Hope they get it out today, so it doesn’t get delivered when I am on vacation.

I have a hard time believing other than the standalone, it's THAT much better. Hopefully the "sticky" thing is fixed though.

My Push 3 has shipped today. I ordered 23.5. and ETA in Finland is 30.5.

Hopefully Ableton releases more Push 3s in such a way that folks on the US West Coast have a chance. Maybe releasing more stock at 9am West Coast time?

In Germany they are in stock and the one I ordered on Tuesday was shipped today

I ordered my Push 3 on May 23rd. The order is still in the "Processing" status. Support does not answer me. Can anyone explain what's wrong?

That's the status between ordering and them "accepting" the order. When they do so, the status changes to a Link to a pdf-download of the invoice.
From what I read in a different forum, it seems that it stays that way until the payment is validated. That worked great and fast for people paying with PayPal, but was unreliable with bank-transfer for example.
If you still have that status and you are sure, you did pay and the money reached them, you have done what ever you can and hope that the support reaches your ticket.

I wrote to orders@ableton.com and support@ableton.com and got no response.
I have another issue, I can't view responses from support at https://help.ableton.com/ because I'm getting an email verification error. When I go to the profile settings, I see someone else there, this is not my mail and I cannot change it. I'm not getting answers for this issue either.
A total disappointment.

Sorry, I can't help with this. But support will get back to you to the email you used to contact them (you sent a direct email, not a ticket from your account, right?)

yea, the ticket link didn't work for me too a while ago. when they respond to your ticket you receive the conversation through email too, so just reply to the email

Mine arrived today (just after the courier messaged me to say there was a delay and I wouldn't receive it)
