MIDI Latency Issue - Only 1 out of 3 of my devices is causing issues.

Hello!

As the title says, I'm having MIDI Latency issues, however, the reason I'm stumped is because two of my midi devices are working flawlessly while one has a noticeable delay.

I am using the Novation Launchkey 61, Launchpad, and a Kurzweil KM88, all run through a StarTech USB hub, into my Apple M1 Pro laptop. I am also using an Audient EVO8 as an audio interface if that is helpful information. This is in Ableton Live 11 Standard, most recent update.

The KM88 is what is giving me grief with latency.

So far I have tried:
1. Changing buffer size and sample rate size.
2. Changing cables, but cables that don't work with the KM88 work fine with other MIDI devices.
3. Using Direct-MIDI-Out-to-USB cables instead of "regular" usb midi cables.
4. Forgoing the usb hub and plugging directly into the laptop.
5. Changing VSTs, and trying it in completely new sessions with minimum CPU usage.

There is still latency. Is there any sort of thing I can do to fix this or confirm that the keyboard is causing the problems?
