Can push 3 be used as an audio interface

I just bought a tascam mixer to plug in all my instruments. Can the push 3 be used for this as well? I would also need to use it on other apps other than ableton, for making skype calls, for example.
Before I make the plunge and buy the push 3 this is the one determining factor.

Yes, push 3 has a 2 input and 2 output audio interface built in.

Yep it works. Push3 audio interface is seen by the computer (osx in this instance) and other audio apps as long as its plugged in via usb, but Live needs to be running for other programs to actually see the input signal.
I only tried with Reaper, so it might be different with other apps (especially non-audio one like Skype), but you get the idea.

Does anyone know if you can send a different mix to the headphones than the main outs?
Also how low is the latency, is it RME quick or what?

- Main out and headphones can be configured to different output channels, so yep.
- With 128smpl @48Khz I'm seeing:
input latency = 5.92ms
output latency = 5.69ms

Thanks for that, not bad latency then, if not brilliant, but configurable outs.
Maybe I will get this rather than a babyface which is obviously a much better interface, but this is good enough, particularly with the monitoring possibilities.
