Plugin glitch when rendering

I just installed the Ableton 11 trial.

In one of my new projects, I'm using a 3rd party synth. When I rendered it, the first note or some notes near the beginning seemed glitched/flanged. Not when playing it in Live however. I resolved it by freezing the track first, which is fine. However, it didn't start happening at first and I don't know in retrospect when it started. I presume that it is likely the plugin itself rather than Live. I'm curious to know whether others have encountered similar.

No one is going to be able to answer you if you don't tell us which synth you're talking about.

It's Hyperion. I suppose I could have clarified, but in any case, if people have had this sort of issue regardless of the plugin, it might be a Live issue, whereas if only when using Hyperion, then that becomes more clear.
