Hi! I'm new to Push and i'm wondering if it's possible to reorder tracks position on Push 3 on standalone mode.

I've been searching on the manual but it doesn't says anything about this and it will be a nice feature.

Thanks!

Something so essential is actually not possible? I find that hard to believe... and this is what Ableton calls "standalone"?

I mean, it would be nice to have - but is re-ordering tracks really essential? I'd love to learn more about your workflow where you reorder a lot (genuinely curious as I almost never reorder tracks)

I reorder tracks a lot myself. As I work I life to keep a specific order of instruments, drums, bass, leads, vocals, synths, efx, etc. But I don't often actually write my tracks I that order, so I frequently move things around to keep it tidy as I record new parts.

I believe the Force only recently gained this capability. It will be on P3 eventually, to be sure. I think the workaround for now is simply to drag the project in your Live browser to your desktop, re-order, and then drag back to P3 for your next standalone session.

There are so many solutions for Standalone Push 3 issues that require a computer. Hopefully the device will truly be standalone someday, and not just a Push 3 controller that can sometimes operate standalone.
