Coming from the Maschine+, it had this nifty trick where in stead of trigger a sample for the beginning, if you toggled ‘gate’, the sample would run continuously and the pad when pressed would bring the audio in and out, like the classic trance audio gate effect. Very simple with great results. I wonder if the Push 3 can do they yet? I know it’s possible in Live and I know there is a gate module in Push.
