Touchstrip is goin crazy.

Hi, after some time Using Push Standalone my Touchstrip is going crazy. It jumps between middle and top LED and also the selected Instruments are "Autopitched".

I disconnected all MIDI, USB and CV cables

Had this twice. Restart did not help. Over time it gets more and faster.. after a while it was slower blinking ans less. then after a maybe an hour the problem fades out.

If this happens next time i will try to switch in Controller mode to see if it is a Hardware problem. but i quess yes, because the Touchscreen LEDs are also wobbeling during reboot after shutdown.

Could you peeps give me an example of what to do to reproduce this? I don't use mine much and I'd like to see for myself what is going on.

I have similar problem with my bottom left pad. When you touch it slightly it starts triggering on and off like crazy. If you press it harder and release it, after a while it starts repeating and blinking few times for few seconds. If you press it multiple times (especially with the slightly touching retrigger issue) it can go on repeating for 1-2 minutes. Which combined with drum rack is cool AI drummer :D

Probably best to contact support if your unit is faulty.

Well, it's comforting (in a way) that other people are having this issue. Bummer.

I contacted support and attached a video link and all my logs and got a response asking me to reset my push, attach a video and my logs. Super helpful.

At least you had a reply. Nothing yet, same problem here. No idea what's causing it but it's a lottery every time I turn it on. Controller-only, not standalone.

πŸ™‹β€β™‚οΈ Same here. Happens in standalone and controller mode. Cycling through the device's "layout" resets the touchstrip but as soon as you touch the strip it goes crazy and gets stuck in the "up" position. (Hopefully this means it's not a hardware issue). Restart sometimes helps but if I leave it on long enough the issue eventually comes back. Opening a support request now.
