Purchased Push 3, can't get Expressive Choir..

Got my Push 3, love it, I have Live Suite 11 already, but Expressive Choir pack is supposed to come with Push 3, I purchased Push 3 direct from Ableton and they registered the serial automatically in my account, but Expressive Choir is still listed as "Comes with Push 3" but they want me to pay $69 for it. Filled out a support request last week but have heard nothing back other than they have my request.. Anyone else encounter this?

Do you have the standalone version, or the controller?

Yep. Some Push’s were sold without proper registration details being retained by Ableton (or something to that effect). Ableton emailed me and some others asking for a screenshot of the serial number so accounts can be updated. Still waiting for mine to be updated. Once completed, I expect to be able to download the pack.
If you’ve not had the email then best to get in touch with Support.

I have the controller version. I haven't had an email from Ableton, they registered my serial automatically, contacted support last week they haven't got back to me yet..

I have the controller version too. Push is listed under my account but with no serial so I’ve been unable to get the new pack. Still shows as a pay option only for me.

I had the same problem and had to re-authorize Live to get the pack for free.

Have you got a standalone version? I don't think that makes a difference for controller owners in this sort of pickle.

No, I’ve got the controller version. It showed up correctly in my account, though.

Ok, can confirm that re authorising it on a computer that is already authorised worked for me, doesn't use up one of your authorisations other than the one that was already in use on that computer. Downloading Expressive Choir now, thanks for the Tips!
