Push 3 breakout cv

could you post a link for a Y-cable for me, please ?
must be TRS stereo 6,3mm to 2x mono 3,5 , right ?

could not find it. only something like this with a adapter to 6,3mm

You can use the one you posted with an adaptor would be fine, but if you want it just all one piece then I think you're looking for this
