I been using Live 4 for about 3 months and I imported all my songs in AIFF format and warped them. When and if I upgrade to Live 5 becuse of the space saving MP3's, will I lose all the warped AIFF files if I convert them to MP3?

You should be able to drag the mp3 file into the loaded session views AIFF and dropit on top thus taking on the clip's warp signature then click the save button and the new .asd should have the same warp signature?
Might try this in a bit, let us know how you get on?
PS Greese rocks! (Vsag, Kosmas, Chambes, Andrew K,Viton, Stel, Tonedepth etc)

or just keep using the same AIFFs... you're going to use the same amount of space via the decode cache for the tracks you are actually using at any given time, and it sounds like storage req's for the uncompressed files is already not an issue for you.
L5 doesn't *really* have mp3 support, in case that's news to you.
