(Re)send start message from Ableton to ext. gear

Hello,
I've got one question and don't even know if it's possible to solve it but I hope you guys can help me.
I've an "hybrid" setup with Ableton Live and several machines connected.
When I use live as "master clock" (which is needed if I want to avoid latency as much as possible), I sometimes need to open a new project on one of my machines (ie : Elektron Digitakt). It then gets "stopped" and I need to restart it in sync. My problem is that, when the Digitakt is set as "slave", I can't start it manually as it waits for Ableton to send a start message (which won't happen as Ableton is already started and still playing).
Is there a way to force Ableton to send a new start message (lets say, at the end of the current bar) ?

There is no native way to do this, but perhaps there’s a M4L device out there I don’t know about that can.

whats the "Start" message? CC or sysex?
when I know the message it should be easy the make a m4l patch

First, thank you so much for spending some time to help me
I guess it's a CC message but I am not sure at all.
I am totally noob with M4L (I use plugins but never tried to make (or even compile) one). Could you help me to achieve it ?
