I'm enrolled in the Ableton beta tester group and recently downloaded the new beta release but am unable to register my push standalone for the beta. Attempting to authorize again doesn't do anything. Any other beta testers running into this problem or have a workaround?

Not working for me either.

Surprised there isn't a pinned post in the beta forums about this. Is there even a beta firmware for standalone? I saw there were bug fixes specifically for push but maybe that was just controller mode?

There's been no info about this yet, we can post here once we hear some more.

Gotcha, I'm not trying to leak anything so sorry if this post wasnt within the guidelines. A few other people and I all asked the same question in the beta forums but there has been zero communication from Ableton other than a post stating that a new beta version was available+patch notes. Since this forum is way more active and Ableton employees respond here, I figured it would be a good place to ask.

It’s all good, there’s just no info to share yet about this.

Downloaded the latest beta for Ableton. Works on the computer. How do I get it to work on Push 3 S?

Did you read the specific instructions for how to update the hardware? The one that involves downloading a Push 3-specific file, going to a webpage in your browser, entering a code that shows up on the Push 3's screen and then selecting the update file?

Still problem with extending notelength eventhough Push doesn´t crash:

Try to hold to extend notes on same row with knob/gridpads and see what happends.
