Wait for prompt Searching

So I can't hold this in any longer, since this has to be one of the most annoying things in Live. It immediately starts searching after you input any letter. So if you want to search for a "walking" sound, it will immediately hang up after you get to "wa" because that's when it starts indexing all the wav, wave and water files (which I have tens of thousands of). I wish there was like a minimum of one second where I could actually type in my prompt before it started, so this kind of conflic is avoided. Maybe this is an issue very few encounter, but I'm using Live for sound design so the library is huge. An option somewhere would be ideal, and I'm sure it could save energy as well if it went searching only for the prompt not everything leading up to it - those have to be useless processor threads and draw calls right?

I think you might have a slow hard drive...

My main library is on a Sabrent 8TB M2 disk, so 3GB/s read/write. Not slow but the sheer volume of indexing for all "wa" files at a time is ridiculous.

Makes sense, Maybe you should go through your samples and get rid of the ones you won't use anyway..

No, I need those... I don't feel like that's any kind of solution...
