HOW do we move a MIDI Stretch Marker?

I have four quarter notes in the piano roll.

When I select all four, the Stretch Marker appears at the end of the third note. I would expect (and want) it to appear at the END of the last note I have selected, but can't figure out how to do this, or how to move it to a new location...

Any help appreciated.

For midi note stretch, people commonly add a placemarker midi note to start at the end as a reference point. They include that in the selection. Stretch. Then delete that note.
